Terms of Service

By using AstroSoft ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

AstroSoft is available to astrologers aged 18 and above who operate in India. By registering, you confirm that you are a professional astrologer or astrology practitioner.

2. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts are not allowed.

3. Platform Use

• AstroSoft is a tool for generating and managing astrology data. We do not endorse any specific astrological interpretation.
• You may not use the platform for illegal activities, spam, or misrepresentation.
• Client data you add is your responsibility. Do not add client data without their consent.

4. Payments

Plan fees are charged in advance. All fees are exclusive of GST. Payments are processed via Razorpay and are subject to their terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The AstroSoft platform, code, and Lal Kitab logic engine are proprietary. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

AstroSoft provides tools for astrology practice management. We are not responsible for astrological predictions, their accuracy, or client decisions made based on those predictions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
