Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: AstroSoft offers a 7-day refund window for new subscriptions. No refunds after 7 days. Cancellations take effect at end of current billing period.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests made within 7 days of first purchase will be processed in full.
- If you have generated more than 5 kundalis, the refund request may be declined.
- Renewal payments are non-refundable.
- Plan upgrades are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@astrosoft.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay Payment ID
- Reason for refund
We process refund requests within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You retain access to the platform until your plan expires.
- No partial refunds for unused days after the 7-day window.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Renewal payments
- Plan upgrades
- Purchases older than 7 days
- Accounts terminated due to policy violations
